We will also help you to edit and polish your work - We will proofread your work and help you to avoid submitting to clients or the court work that is not your best.  We have great editing skills and always have good suggestions that will truly enhance your work product.  And if you are only interested in having us check your citations, we will do that too.

More Details About Service 

Rate and Billing.  You pay a reasonable flat hourly rate regardless of the kind of project.  We will also work with you to set an estimate of the total number of hours the project will take so that you will have an idea of the total cost up front. 

The flat rate also includes, with few exceptions, the costs associated with conducting legal research.  You will not be charged for travel time in the event that travel to a law library or other location is involved in the research process.

Work Product.  The work product will be in the form of a memorandum designed to permit you to quickly finalize submissions to clients, the court, or legal publications.  If you purchase legal research and writing services, at your request, the work product will be delivered with electronic copies of all cases cited and pertinent portions of other resources. 

Convenient and Instant Delivery.  Delivery of the work product can be within hours or just days, depending on your needs and desired form of delivery.  Unless you specify otherwise, delivery of the work product will be by e-mail in both Adobe PDF and Word formats.  

Convenient Invoicing and Easy Payment.  Invoices will be issued by regular mail and by e-mail.  You may pay by check or credit card.

Confidentiality.  Hendricks Legal Research will maintain your confidentiality and will communicate only with you about the work unless you indicate otherwise.
